内容紹介

Aqua Timezの2008年第一弾シングル「虹」は、初の4つ打ちのビートと生演奏のグルーヴが融合したミクスチャーロック。これまでもさまざまなジャンルの音楽をAqua Timez独自の解釈で表現し、常に新しい音楽を創り上げてきましたが、今作は彼らの楽曲の中でもまた新たな方向性を打ち出した楽曲に仕上がりました。
真骨頂である切ないメロディーは健在。悲しみと喜び、期待と不安など、日々生きていく中でのさまざまな感情や想いと、そこから生まれる絆をテーマにした歌詞は、Vo太志のまっすぐな歌により、何かを越えたときの青空のような爽快感と、涙を流しきった後の晴れやかさを感じさせてくれます。

初めて「等身大のラブソング」をTVで聴いたときは、
「何か変なバンドが出てきたなあ…。」「歌下手だなあ…。」
と思ってました。
まさか、そんなAqua Timezの曲に5つ星をつけるとは思ってもみなかったです。

何より曲の良さと、印象的な歌詞が際立ってます。
サビの「大丈夫だよ」という言葉が、凄く爽快な響きを持って耳に入ってきますね。
2番の「別々の空を持って〜」のくだりも好きです。

色々思うことはあるかもしれませんが、僕は、これがありふれた歌詞だとは思いません。
ストレートであるにも関わらず、クサさがあまり感じられない気がします。
（曲全体が爽快感に溢れているからでしょうか？）

ヴォーカルはやっぱり上手くないと思います。
しかし、やたら上手いよりはこっちの方が良いと思いますし、
許容範囲内というか、聴くに堪えないレベルとまでは思いませんでした。
「等身大のラブソング」の時は気取った感じが嫌いでしたが、今回はそういう感じがなくて好きです。

初見のイメージを、このバンドには見事に覆されました。
これからも進化していくバンドだと思うので、楽しみにしたいと思います。

初めて耳にした時「えっ!?これAqua Timez!?」と思いました。なぜならAqua Timezといったらバラードっぽい曲がほとんどだからです。でも、この「虹」は他の曲と比べたら明るい感じがしてすごくいいです!

個人的には明るいメロディーの方がVoの太志の声の高さといい具合にあっていると思いました。

発売前ですが、この作品はすごくいいものになると
思います(＞ω＜)

「大丈夫だよ」

という歌詞に勇気づけられます。

Aqua Timezにしてはめずらしいライブで盛り上がる楽曲
だと思います!!

それに配信限定だった「ほんとはね」も入ってます♪

これこそがAqua Timezの真骨頂だと思います!!
