人気のクリスタルジャケットがさらに薄く、軽くなりました。まるで付けていることがわからない程の薄さ(約0.7mm)は、パワーサポートの技術だからこそ実現できた精度です。丈夫なポリカーボネート製ですので、硬度がありながらも曲げに強く、簡単には割れません。従来のクリスタルジャケットとは異なり、表側はフィルムでカバーしますので、装着後の厚みがぐっと薄くなりました。フィルムはクリスタルフィルム(高光沢フィルム)、アンチグレアフィルム(映り込み防止フィルム)の2枚が付属します。色はクリアブラックです。

他の方も報告されていますが、非常に薄く見た目は最高な反面、
すぐ角から割れてきてしまいます。
一度は使い方が雑だから割れてしまったと思い、買いなおし
ましたが、二度目も比較的丁重に扱ったのにもかかわらず、
下側の角が二箇所とも割れてしまいました。

とても薄く、存在を全く主張しないにも関わらず、性能を発揮するあたりがすばらしいですね。
ただし、ポータブルのｉＰｏｄを“プロテクト”する、“携行を容易にする”といった意味では、もう一歩。
前面はシートなので、側面、後方のみのプロテクトですし、これ自体は携帯性を高めるものではありませんからキャリングケースは別途必要になると思います。
最後に意外と盲点なのが、これを装着したままではドックにセットすることができないということ。
コネクタ接続は問題ありませんが、ドック接続メインの方は、都度“脱着”という一手間が必要です。
商品としてはとてもいい物ですので、これ＋キャリングケース＆ケーブル接続が前提なら満点だと思います。

他の方も書かれているように、付けている感じが全くしません。

touchの画面は、傷が付きにくい仕上がりになっているので、私の場合、付属のシートは付けていません。持ち歩くときは、BUFFALO iPodタッチ用 ソフトケース ブラックに入れて、バッグに入れています。

ただ、薄い分、ひびが入りやすいのが気になります。
床に落とすと、角にひびが入り、徐々にひび割れが進行していきます。
最初に購入したケースは、結局、1ヶ月で交換しました。
現在、2個目を使っていますが、これもまた、いつの間にかひびが入ってしまっていますが、このような現象は私だけでしょうか？
