Schwarz Stein解体後、精力的に活動を続けてきたKayaのメジャー1stシングル。
作曲にはSchwarz Steinで共に活動していたHoraを迎えています。
解体後も企画盤や曲の提供などで接点がありましたが、改めてこのタイミングで名コンビとも言える2人の組み合わせは嬉しいですね。

曲はまさに期待通りといった内容で、タイトル曲は明るめのテクノポップ、カップリングはSchwarz Stein時代を髣髴とさせる原点回帰のダンスナンバー。どちらかと言えば後者が気に入っています。
収録曲は上記に加えてタイトル曲のアレンジと、ヴォーカルレスの計4曲。
わかりやすくノリもよく新たなスタートとして良い1枚になっていると思います。
一般層にはまだ浸透しづらいかも知れませんが、打ち込み系ポップを好む人などには訴求力を持っているのではないでしょうか。

kayaのメジャーデビューシングルです。
『Current』と繋がりがある（第二章？）との事だったのでもう少しダークな感じかと思ってましたが明るくてポップな曲でした。
２曲目の方がSchwarz Stein時代からのファンには好みかも。
ショコラを初めて聞いた時、SHAZNAのIZAMっぽいと思ったのは私だけ？（＾＾；
