競馬初心者には全てのモードを使いこなせないかもしれません。競馬検定問題やクイズなんか、過去のレース結果からの出題が多く、過去のレースを知らない人は記憶し直さなければならず、ものすごく大変なのでなかなかやる気になれません。データベースはものすごい膨大な情報が詰め込まれていて、適当にいじっているだけで新しい発見の連続なので勝手に知識はついていきます。しかし、遊びの要素はほとんどないソフトなので割り切って購入しなければなりません。買い目予想はもう少し手軽なものかとおもっていたら意外に複雑で、細部に渡ってきっちり入力すれば１レース３０分くらいかかりそうなので、当たるかどうかわからないものにそこまで時間をかけたくないために使う気になりません。収支計算は使えます。

※買い目予想を二通り、オークスで試しましたが大外れしました。正確に入力しましたがダメでした。

75,008レースの出馬表と全着順。競走馬121,089頭の成績と血統表。種牡馬3,698頭、騎手1,193人、調教師1,160人の成績を年度別、競馬場別などで集計。
さらに競馬GP編集部による収録した膨大なデータに基づき、緻密な計算によって導かれたオリジナルの理論で予想を展開する「買い目予想」、合計15万問をクイズ出題、競走馬・レース・騎手・血統・雑学の5ジャンルから10段階の難易度で出題される1，000問に正解すると「競馬通検定」初段認定証が無料で、進呈される「競馬通検定」、一日ごとの収支入力で、成績を確認できる「収支計算」の機能を搭載。

という事らしいですが、1000問も解けると認定証を頂けるみたいで。でも1000問も検定問題するのは、本物の競馬ファンくらいでしょうか？？私は競馬ははじめ、全くギャンブルに興味がないため、このソフトはすぐにやめてしまいましたが。これだけの膨大なデータを詰め込んでいるのは凄いと思いました。

まさにＰＳＰで、ポータブル情報源としてデータを使える点ではかなり、優れていると感じました。しかし競馬やってる人以外は縁のないソフトかもしれませんね〜。

そのうち追記で、ゲーム内容を書きたいと思います。
