様々なライブの舞台を踏み、確実に成長しているKATの初のシングル。

後ろ向きからは何も生まれない、前向きに進んでこうって勇気付けられるSTOP。TVのゲスト出演時に別の形で一部披露したThank you。前回のe.p.に収録されていたゆったりとした曲が、DAISHI DANCEのremixによりノリのいい仕上がりになったSunset。

いずれもKATの魅力が惜しみなく表現されており、「ナゴリユキの人」からの飛躍を予感させる。
ジャケットのデザインが、白をベースにシンプルでカッコよく仕上がっている点も見逃せない。

なお、DAISHI DANCEとのコラボでは、"MELODIES MELODIES"に収録されている"I BELIEVE"もかなりお薦め。
