近年からロックから離れて今やりたい｢音楽｣を楽しんでいる様に思います。

以前上木さんは歌詞を書くとき明るい方に持っていこうと思うのですが、｢悲しい｣歌詞になってしまうと仰っていました。だからどの曲も明るい曲に思える曲でも、悲しい歌詞が入っているんです。
前作｢明日のために♪｣は前向きな歌詞かと一見思われますが、歌詞：｢あの人のために去りゆく事を決めた｣とあります。あ〜切ないな…って感じます。

今作もとてもさわやかなメロディですが、歌詞は切なさもあります。

PVは今までにない感じのPVとなっています。ソファーに座りギターを持ち、歌うアットホームな感じです。これまで｢もう君だけを離したりはしない♪｣や、｢ピエロ｣などで見せた格好良い感じはそれほどなく、落ち着いた感じです。これが上木さんがしたい、｢音楽｣なら応援したいです。

でもC/Wは格好良い曲となっています。｢2面性｣が見られるシングルとなっていてお勧めです！是非聞いて欲しいCDですね。
