とは言い過ぎかもしれないけど、面白い。この手の音は"重く暗く"が
鉄則のようになっていた感があるが、彼らの音からはある種の陽気さみたいな
ものが感じられる、もちろんモダンヘヴィネスが持つ攻撃的でラウドな音を
伴って。そのケミカルがたまらんです。

音的にはインソレンスに近いが、個人的に質はそれ以上かと。

割と日本でも人気が出そうだし、サマーソニック出演が決定してるので
これからの活躍に期待したい。

skindredの2ndです。
初めて1stをタワレコで聴いた時は久しぶりに衝撃が走りました。
レゲエとヘヴィロックをとても上手く組み合わせていてまさに「ミクスチャー」でした。
そして、この2ndですが1番思ったのが聴くたびに好きなっていくと言うことです。
1stより若干ハードコアよりですがM-7などは少し電子系の音も取り入れています。
そういう風に楽曲の幅が広がっています。
また、日本盤は対訳と解説が付いておりそちらも楽しめます。
skindredを聴き始めるのは1stの方がいいかもしれませんが、
すでに好きな方はこの2ndの方が好きになるかもしれません。
rat raceというこの2ndからの曲のPVを見て「いい」と思ったら2nd、1st共に買って損しないと思います。

Bullet for My Valentine の『Scream Aim Fire』収録曲「Take It out on Me」にボーカルのベンジーが参加し、注目度がグッと増したSkindredの2ndが待ちに待った日本盤で登場!!
ボーナストラックもあるということで、楽しみです！
そしてついにSUMMERSONIC'08で来日も決定!!
いよいよ彼らの時代が来る？！
