普通においしいです。ビスケットで有名な●リーみたいな感じで甘さ控えめ。
これだけでお腹いっぱいにはなりませんが、
ダイエットの補助としていいと思います。ダイエットと名がつく物は不味いイメージですが、
これはおいしかったです。私は某プロテイン系ドリンクとこのビスケットを朝食にしています。

ほんのり優しい甘さで味は普通のビスケットと変わりませんでしたが
口の中の水分を一気に奪われる感じでぐちゃぐちゃになるので(粘っこい？)
ビスケットが歯や口の中に結構残ります
(私は一枚食べた後に舌や指で取りました…)

だから家で食べる分にはいいと思いますが
外に持っていくのはあまりオススメしないです

腹持ちは良いですね

下手なダイエット食品より、朝食はこれ1袋（クッキー6枚）と牛乳と軽いフルーツといった風にすれば、かなり安価で体にも無理なくヘルシーな生活を楽しめるのではないかと思います。

味も、甘みを押さえた普通のクッキーといった感じで、意外と飽きが来ないように思えます。
あまり健康食品っぽくなく、普通のクッキーという感じが良いです。

割とおなかにもたまりやすい感じです。

大絶賛、、、というわけではないですが、シンプルにおすすめです。
