実際「苦い」というレベルです（笑）カテキン含有量は普通のヘルシアと変わりませんが結局の所、渋みもあまり変わらないと思います。
これが飲みづらくて続けにくい方は、これまたカテキン含有量の変わらないヘルシアウォーターをオススメします。
