何か強いストレスを感じている時には殆ど効き目がありませんでしたが
軽い憂鬱程度であれば随分と気が楽になりました。
病院にいく程ではないがちょっと辛い、というのであれば効果があると思います。

買ってしまいました。ハーブ仕様で体には負担がない感じがしました。効果の程は人それぞれだと思いますが、気休めでも試してみて下さい。

　詳細の説明は、ウィキペディアに譲る。

　精神科に行くほどではないが、毎日毎日悩み事から解放されず辛い日々を送る
のであれば、こういうものに頼るという手段もある。
　セントジョーンズワートはハーブであり、誰でも手に入ることからしてもその
効果のほどはいかほどであろうか？想像に難くないだろう。

　しかし、ほとんどの薬は、薬を飲んだという感覚を大事にしており、分量の半
分以上に無害な成分を混ぜてあるそうだ。要は、薬を飲むときに効能があると信
ずることが一番大事なのである。効能があっても無くても、憂鬱な気持ちが無く
なれば薬を飲むこと自体を忘れてしまうだろう。その程度の効き目はあると思う。

　漢方薬にも同様のものがある。こちらは、精神科で処方されるものもあるらしい。
