フローリング床での運動を大いに助けてくれてます。
収納もコンパクトに収まり、満足。
難点は、床の細かなゴミを吸着してしまうところと、収納する時に、巻き込んでいくのが少々面倒なところです。
ただ、これらの難点は決して致命的なものではなく、効用の印象の方が強いです。
買ってよかったと思ってます。

WiiFitをプレイした人なら、誰でも一度は
目にしたことのある､緑色のマット。

そう、これはソレなんです。

プレイ中に見て､どうしても欲しくなって
購入してしまいました。

床に敷くと､パーッと鮮やかな緑色が広がって
とても良いです。

また、腹筋など床にねっころがってする運動では､
体の負担を軽減してくれるので､とても重宝しています。

WiiFitをやるなら、ぜひ買ったほうがいいと思います。

これまで床に直接バランスボードを置いていましたが、
キズがつきそうなのでこのマットを購入しました。

汚れもつきにくそうで気に入っています。
