今をときめくマーティさんのセルフカバーアルバム…だが一番やられたのはラストに収められたバラードの新曲で、この曲の何と哀しく美しいことよ!マーティさんならではの泣きのギターが炸裂してます。この一曲で元が取れた感じです!

ベスト盤故に曲自体の統一感は期待はしていませんでしたが、裏切る出来の良さで聴き応えも充分ありました。技術的なレベルは勿論の事、ヘビーな部分も自分には丁度良く心地良く感じられました。
技術、作曲の両面のバランスが取れたミュージシャンの活躍の場が、もっと増えればと願うオヤジでした・・・
