Disc1は1stのリマスター
奥行きが増して素晴らしいの一言、内ジャケでは扉の手も再現され完璧

Disc2は以前に出た名作BOX「Heart＆Soul」に収録された物と同内容ですが、
間違いなくJD屈指のライブ音源そしてバンドが絶頂期だった頃の実況録音盤。

Disc1の1stが出た直後のライブなのに、イアンの声の変貌と共に別のバンドだと
思うぐらい攻撃的な音になっていて、Disc1との対比としてもこのバンドの全体が
聞ける素晴らしい2枚組

今回リマスタされた他の2枚もかなりいいライブが追加されて出ていますが、その中
でもこれはファンは勿論、初めて聞く人やライブ音源を聴いてなかった人にとっては
最高の1枚となるでしょう

問題のDISC-2は1979年の7月13日のマンチェでのライヴ。
そう、前にリリースされたBOXのDISC-4でも殆ど全てを聴く事の出来るライヴ音源であるが
音圧が相当向上されているので、これを買って文句を言うJOY DIVISIONのファンは居まい。
