三枝夕夏 IN dbの通算20枚目(!)、約4ヶ月ぶりとなるNew Singleです。

今回は、アコースティック調のしみじみとした曲になっていて聴いていて落ちつける曲です。

これで、4連続の夕夏さん作曲作品になるんですが、前作よりは確実に良い仕上がりです。アレンジも絶妙!!

ただ、メロは申し分ないんですがサビにインパクトが欠けると思いました。
「太陽」は、夕夏さん作詞・作曲作品の中では個人的に最高傑作だと思うんですが、いつも夕夏さんの作曲作品は、サビが弱いと思うんです。

今後は、そこが課題だなと感じました。

　ここ最近、冒険したのが裏目に出て聞くに堪えない楽曲が多かったのですが、本作品は久々に三枝夕夏らしい感じが出ており、個人的には嫌いではありません。が、反面、面白みというか、キャッチーでキュートな方向を期待している人にはモノ足りなさの残るCDです。カップリングの「七つの海を渡る風のように」は夕夏ソロ・バラードバージョンでこっちの方がいいかもーと思ったりした。
　ただ新曲と言えるのがタイトル曲だけで、TVバージョンとカラオケは、完全にオマケなので買い得感は無いですね。というわけで、★４つにしたい所ですが★３つ。

新曲に関しての不満は一切有りませんが、カップリングが既発表曲のリ・アレンジだけと言うのは明らかに新鮮味に欠ける為、この価格帯のマキシとしては割高に感じます。
