Panasonicのホームベーカリー　SD-BM102-H（1斤）を使っています。


Mサイズのガイドで高さも幅もぴったりでした。

Lサイズのガイドの方がレビューの数も多いし、ホームベーカリーのパンにぴったりというレビューが多かったのでどちらにするかで悩んでいたのですが、何度も幅や高さを測って思い切ってMサイズにして良かったです。

もし1斤用のガイドをお探しでしたら、Mサイズがお勧めです。



理由は

Lサイズは、5枚切り、6枚切り、8枚切りのみで、12枚切り（サンドイッチ用）がありません。
Mサイズは、5枚切り、6枚切り、8枚切り、12枚切りに対応しています。
いざサンドイッチの薄さに切ろうと思ったときに便利なのはMサイズです。

Mサイズは、対応パンサイズが高さ約15cm、幅約12cmまでで1斤のパンにぴったりサイズです。
Lサイズは対応パンサイズが高さ約20cm、幅約14cmまでで、幅が2cmも大きいです。
このせいで、パンがうまく固定されず、すべって切りにくいと言う感想をよく聞きました。

というわけで、レビューの少ないMサイズですが、皆様の参考になればと思います。

良くお勧めされている、ヴェルダン パンスライサー 225mm OVD-17も合わせて購入すると、本当にきれいな断面でパンが切れますよ！

さすがに、焼きたては、ふわふわすぎて、うまく切れませんが少し粗熱をとれば、うまく切れます。
2,3回使えばコツもつかめて、慣れます。パンも横に倒して切る方がやりやすいです。
また、折りたためるので、収納にも困りません。
おうちで、食パンを焼く方には、あった方がうまくスライスできると思います。

パンを上手に切れない人にお勧めな商品です。

このガイドはホームベーカリー用としては、サイズ的にちょっと小さいです。

なのでホームベーカリーで使うなら「食パンカットガイド　Ｌ」をおススメします。

このガイドは、５枚切り、６枚切り、８枚切り、１２枚切りに対応していますが、
Ｌサイズは、５枚切り、６枚切り、８枚切りの対応になります。

使い方によっては選択を迷いますね。

あつあつのパンをカットしたい場合は、パン切り包丁を選べば簡単に切れます。

●ヴェルダン パンスライサー 225mm OVD-17
●ウェンガー・スイボースライサー25cm

辺りをおススメします。
