まだ初級編しか見ていませんが、マクロビについての基本的な知識から調理まで画像で見ながら説明を聞くことが出来るので、本で見るよりもとても分かりやすいです。
どの程度の硬さまでとか、どの程度の色までとか本当の教室で習っているみたいです。
今日玄米を圧力鍋で炊いてみましたが、レシピカードがついているので、分からない点があってもいちいちDVDで確認しなくても作ることが出来るのも良いです。

週末に届いたので早速使ってみました。
DVDで調理の映像を見てからだったので作りやすく、レシピカードが付いているのもよかったです。
マクロビオティックというと難しそうで構えてしまいますが、
このDVDは季節ごとなどにも分けてくれていて、幅広いので、
一年間継続していけそうです（毎日は無理ですが）。
茶碗蒸しを作ってみましたが好評でした。次は何作ろうか楽しく迷っています。
