健康と体力向上のためジョギング、ボクシングをしています。
ボクシング等の激しい運動ではスタミナ切れをよくおこしていましたが、水分補給に他のスポーツドリンクからエネルゲンに変えてスタミナ回復の差を感じました。

ジョギングでは10km以上走るので水分補給はかかせません。しかし、(個人的には)短距離でなく長距離になるとあまり回復力を感じることはありませんでした。

それと一つ、商品が届いてから賞味期限までが1年未満だったので頻繁に使用しないと期限切れになりやすいでしょう。
