3期も終わり早数ヶ月。
この曲は全シリーズのまとめといったような曲だと思います。
灯里がAQUAに着いてからの素敵な出来事が思い起こされ優しく頭の中で巡っていくよう。

アニメOPを見ているときもそうだったが、思い出しながら聴くとサビの
”あたたかな毎日を重ねたら いつのまにか遠くに来ていたのね”
というフレーズでどうしても鳥肌がたってしまう。
TVシリーズを見ていない方にもお勧めできる心地の良い曲です。

ARIAシリーズOP曲も、３作目となる待望の牧野由依マキシシングル。
アニメ本編を彩る、どこまでもロマンティックな癒し系音楽であることは勿論、
少しはにかみを含んだ淡いベイビーヴォイスを包み込む、窪田ミナが紡ぐ
最早余裕の楽曲世界は、今回さらなる恍惚の領域に達した感さえある。
河井英里による、的を得た歌詞やタイトルにも毎回のように魅了される。

光る波のきらめきが、ビーズの雫のように纏いつく美しい幻想的なアレンジに、
奇蹟の水の街・ネオヴェネツィアの景色が白昼夢のように浮かびあがる。それは、
夢のまどろみの浅瀬へ誘う、あたたかくも優しく密やかな幻灯機の幻影（まぼろし）のよう。

"スピラーレ"とは、イタリア語で「螺旋」の意...まるで誰かの脳裏に静かに永遠に
繰り返されるような、そんな至福のひとときに、泣きたくなるほどの目眩を覚える。
牧野由依という初々しくも堂々たる一アーティストを育てた稀有な舞台であると同時に、
『ARIA』という白いキャンバスに描かれた、誰もが憬れる光と水のユートピアがここにある。

5.0 out of 5 stars 今回は、「水面」？, 2008/1/30
アニメARIAの主題歌、第１期の「ウンディーネ」が”黄昏”、第２期の「ユーフォリア」が”夜明け”のイメージとするなら、今回の「スピラーレ」は、澄んだ青の”水面（みなも）”というイメージで、大きな盛り上がりというかサビは無いものの、ふわ〜っと広がっていく波紋のような音使いと旋律で、かなり癒されます。
いや、今回は波紋というよりは、ゴンドラが通った後に広がる、波の筋、ですね。
このあたり、テレビで聴いてるとよくわからないんですが、CDを買って、きちんとした音をきちんとしたスピーカーで聴くと、音色も、さり気なく入っている効果音的なリズムも、情景を描写する！っていうかなり計算された物である事がわかります。
そして、（アニメでは挿入歌として使われる時くらいにしか流れない）後半、メインのメロディーとはキーの異なるパートが、「ウンディーネ」も「ユーフォリア」も、そしてこの「スピラーレ」にもあって、またこの部分が意外に複雑な旋律で、アニメのOPだけ聴いてたんでは味わえない楽しみにもなってます。
