このアルバムにアクセスした人はきっと「Free Soul Impressions」で1Work It Out を知った人でしょう。私のその一人で、その完成された曲を聞いて他の曲が聴きたくなったのですが、買って良かったです！この人達音楽センスが凄いです！全曲ダンサンブルで心地よさがあります。曲の密度も高く、まるでクインシージョーンズが手がけたのではと疑ってしまうほどです。これだけの才能を持ちながらこの人達、３年間しか活動していないのですが、セカンドアルバムのスプラッシュ・ダウンともども素晴らしいので、一度聞いてみることをお勧めします。

10年ほど前、達郎氏が、UKお土産特集
というのをラジオでやっていて、珍版のお土産で
掛かっていたのが、No-limitという曲でした．
総じてディスコ音楽ですが、
きな臭さというか、すぐUKソウルと
解る良いグループです．

このような素晴らしい音を出すバンドが、長らく忘れ去られていたというのが本当に不思議です。。ＡＯＲっぽい曲からインスト的なナンバー、メロウナンバー、直球のファンクからＰっぽいのまでこの一枚で軽く網羅されてるんです。
その中でも、ブレイクウォーターが認知されるきっかけになった一曲目Work It Outは奇跡の名曲といっていいと思います！そもそも、イントロだけで１００点。
問答無用で踊れるし、ブラジル音楽のフレーバー漂うクリーンな曲調に、透き通ったボーカルとギターのカッティング、緩いホーンと、ここまで構成面で優れた演奏って滅多にないんじゃなかろか、と思うほどの優れた出来。ぜひ聴いて欲しいです。
ちょっとフュージョンぽくもあるインストナンバー（ややボーカルあり）free your way、しっとり歌い上げるYou Know I Love You辺りもオススメ。ＰファンクっぽいDo It Till The Fluid Gets Hotや直球ファンクなUnnecessary Businessの存在もお忘れなく！
