仕様が４：３レターボックス（ＬＢ）だからです。

スタンダード画面の中にワイド画面があるわけで、１６：９のテレビで見ると左右が切れた画面の中でさらに上下が切れます。どうしてもワイドで見たければ、コンポジットかS端子でアナログ信号を受け取って、テレビ側でワイドを選んでください。

「４つのＬ」は１６：９ＬＢだったので、このＤＶＤは製造上のミスとも考えられます。ぜひ１６：９での再発を望みたいのと、４：３の購入者には無償交換してもいいのではないでしょうか。映像がほしくてDVDを買ったのですから。

ちなみに演奏内容はたいへん素晴らしく「４つのＬ」よりずっといいです。シャウトする派手な曲のあとに静かな曲を歌うなど、声のコントロールが完璧に近いほどバランスがよく、どの曲もその良さを充分に発揮しています。すべて歌い終えたあとの…には思わず涙を誘われました。

演出・衣装なども変化に富んでいて見ていて飽きません。映像・音質ともに鮮明です。それだけに４：３ＬＢなのが残念でなりません。

4/8から7/1までの全国３５公演のファイナル国際フォーラムのDVDです。　当然買いでしょう!!
自分は５/８の神奈川県民ホールでBIRTHDAYコンサートに参加し、その感動のあまり、チケットを買いフォーラムに駆けつけました。（かなり後ろの席だったけれど）
本人が構成したこともあり、手造りの暖かさに満ちたコンサートです。
ライヴではなくコンサートなのです。
セットも衣装もそれぞれの「そら」が良く表現されていますよ。
DVDで「シチリアーナ」を見るのが楽しみです!!
最後の「ありがとう」聞いたら、ギャニオンさん「明日」よりいいかもって思いますよ！
ベストとともに買いましょう!!!

画面の中に画面があります。50インチのプラズマでも、40インチ位になってしまいます。回りは黒い帯です。ヘタなプラズマだと焼き付き起こすぞっっ！！50インチより小さいテレビだと、画像はもっと小さくなる、という事です。制作者はなんでこんな画面構成にしたのか理解できない。平原のファンで、「わー、画像ちいさ〜い！うれしー」なんて思う者がいるのか？音質は良いだけに、小さい画面に超がっくり。交換しろとは言わないが、フル画像で再発売して欲しい。
