当然のことながら筆者は、ドラマ本編のファンであり。本作アルバムもシスターユキ（竹田真恋人）とシスターミキ（水崎綾女）verのEDテーマ曲である（２）（４）目当てで購入した。
しかし本作は『キューティーハニー THE LIVE』 Vocal Albumというタイトルを冠した作品であるにもかかわらず。前述の（２）（４）と、OP主題歌のRemix （3）（9）。
そして本編第18話でイントロ部分が使用された（１）以外は、ドラマ本編とは関連の無い楽曲がアルバムの半分を占めていて、さながらランティス・レーベルのプロモーションＣＤといった趣である。（７.はハニーをイメージした楽曲のようではあるが）

正直、ドラマと関係ない楽曲（アーティスト）には興味がないので個人的には、不満の残る内容となった。しかし、そんな中でも、やはり（4）は特筆すべき佳曲だと思う。
オーソドックスなロックバラード調の楽曲と切ない歌詞が、シスターミキ＝早乙女ミキ（水崎綾女）の境涯と心情に見事にリンクし、胸に迫る。

追記、（７）が最終話で使用されていた。

I lost the place
を聞きたい方には強くお薦めする。
しかし、ワイルド三人娘のキューティーハニー（通常版）
とエンディングの 吐息 Scarletを聞きたい方には微妙。

CDにはワイルド三人娘のキューティーハニーのリミックス版が入っているが
通常版（ドラマオープニング版）は入っていない。
通常版（ドラマオープニング版）を聞きたい方は
シングル版をお薦めする。

また、ドラマのエンディング吐息 Scarletは、
CDに入っている吐息 Scarletとは「別物？」と感じる部分もある。
アーティストは同じなのだが、
エンディングに納める為編集の為か
CDに収められている吐息 Scarletは若干別物のように感じられる。

非常に良い曲なのだが、ドラマエンディングの吐息 Scarletが好きな方には
「何故この編曲（？）なのか」と思える部分もあるかもしれない。
ドラマエンディングは良い意味で「切った貼ったした改造版」
できれば別に、吐息 Scarlet（エンディング版）として収録し欲しかった。

逆に、4. I lost the placeは＃1がドラマエンディングでそのまま使われていた事が解る。
＃2も非常によい詩で早乙女ミキの世界観をそのままにつなげてくれる。
できればシングルカットして欲しい佳曲。


7. Follow you ~君とともに~
ハニーを応援したい、支えたい「自分」の気持ちに共感する部分があるが
「ほんとにそこに　あるのかな」や
「やすらぎなんて　あるのかな」という詩は
「信じてる」という言葉に反しているような気がする。
良い曲なだけに、詩は少しもったいないような気がした。

I lost the placeをエンデイングのまま、さらに全部聞けると言う意味で星5
吐息 Scarletをエンディングとは違うが聞けるという意味で星3
Follow you ~君とともに~ 他を含めれば星1
栗林みな実のBUT,metamorphosisが入っていないという部分ではマイナス。

故に星1つ。
