就寝中は下着の部分締めつけなどが血行不良を起こしやすく良くないのだそうだ。
筆者は十数年来下着はつけずに寝ている。
このおやすみソックスは全体にゆったりとしたつくりになっていて、パジャマの裾をソックスの中に入れることもできる。
ゆったりと吸い付くような感じで、就寝中に脱げてしまうということもない。あまりに寝相の悪い人はわからないが・・・
筆者の場合は体感的にかなり暖かいと言うよりも熱さすら感じるくらいである。連れ合いは冷え性ということもありとても暖かいとのこと。ただ、乾燥肌であるために踵部が荒れるという副作用もあるようだ。やっぱりシルクがいいのかともおもうこのごろ・・・
