ヤングガンガン誌で連載の人気コミックを原作に繰り広げられる熱血とギャグの青春系剣道アニメ・シリーズのDVD第3弾。第6話「川添珠姫と遅刻の武礼葉」ついに始まった室江高と町戸高の女子練習試合。室江高は、先鋒が当然タマちゃん（広橋涼）の勝ち。次鋒ミヤミヤ（桑島法子）、中堅サヤ（児島幸子）、副将のキリノ（豊口めぐみ）ときて、もうメンバーがいないはずの大将戦に現れた武礼葉とは？って、みんなすぐに気づいてしまうのであった……。第7話「寿司とメンチカツ」練習試合は終わったが、町戸高顧問の石橋（稲田徹）はタマちゃんに対戦を挑む。その壮絶な行方は観てのお楽しみとして、さらにその後のメンチカツで両校の空気は和み、寿司で両校顧問、即ち先輩後輩の確執は再燃!?（それにしても、VHDって……）第8話「タマちゃんとアルバイト」値段の高~いアニメDVD・BOXほしさに、体調不良のミヤミヤに代わってファンシーショップでアルバイトをすることになったタマちゃんの、ぎこちなくも可愛らしく微笑ましいエピソードで、観ているこちらの頬は緩みっぱなしなのであった（DVD・BOX、早く買えるといいね）。ところで、毎回の予告も笑えますね。（増當竜也）

特典をなくしてもいいから
価格をやすくしてほしいです。
今のアニメってわりと
そういうの多いからそうしてほしいです。
かわいいけどマスコットいらないから
高くても７０００円ぐらいにしてほしい。
