アニメの主題歌で下川みくにを知った、という人には入門用として最適なアルバムでしょう。
できれば、オリジナルの「キミノウタ」か「さよならも言えなかった夏」と合わせて聴いてみる事をおすすめします。

下川みくにさんのオフィシャルサイト（http://www.love392.net/）で収録曲の一部が発表されています。
それによると既出曲がけっこうあるみたいですね。
もちろん、新曲（新カバー曲？）もあるようなので熱烈なみくにファンや、ひととおり揃っている２枚組でこの値段なのでこれから聞こうという人にはいいかもしれませんが、わたしみたいにちょっと好きレベルでは微妙ですかね（汗）

追記
新曲の「Life」はiTunesStoreで手に入ります。
これでこのアルバムを買う理由が一つ減りましたね・・・
