このアルバムが発売されることを、姫神ファンの友人から教えてもらいました。姫神せんせいしょんの曲を単純にアレンジしただけのものではないかと思いながらも、半信半疑で購入しましたが、聞いてびっくり！！　
どの曲もよくアレンジされており、姫神せんせいしょんを思い出させるだけでなく、せんせいしょんのメンバーが新しい方向性を見出そうとしているような気がします。
天国の星さん（姫神）もびっくりしているに違いありません。
最近このようなアルバムも少なくなり、さびしく思っていましたが、姫神せんせいしょん、姫神ファンはもちろん、誰にでも勧めたくなるアルバムです。

2曲目の「奥の細道」は、姫神せんせいしょん時代に、人気が全国区になった記念すべき曲ですが、旧版に勝るとも劣らない素晴らしい楽曲になっております。非常にキャッチーなメロディーが印象的です。思わず踊りたくなります。3曲目の郷の踊り子は掛け合いの軽妙さが絶妙なチューンにしあがっています。
4曲目の北緯四十度は新曲ですが、非常に繊細な曲になっています。5曲目は出だしのシンセが非常にオリジナルに忠実な音調となっていて懐かしく感じられます。モデリングシンセを使っているものと思われ、SN比は改善しています。7曲目の「みみずく」はモデリングシンセのアナログライクな分厚いリズムにのって、軽妙で覚えやすいキャッチーなメロディが最高です。本当にいい曲です。しっとりとした曲と日本的なグルーブ感のある曲を取り混ぜて最高の名作が仕上がりました。最後は名曲、「リ・ア・ス」も入っていて全曲素晴らしく、まるでコンサートのようです。これは素晴らしい作品だと思います。なぜもっと早く再結成しなかったのでしょうか。星さんを超えた佐藤将展ワールドが決まってますし、また新作を待ってます。

せんせいしょんが再起動コンサートをすると聞いて、コンサート、行ってきました。

懐かしい曲もあり、新しい方向性もあり、とても良かった。

思わずコンサート会場の即売会でCDを買いました。

これからも、せんせいしょんサウンド、期待しています。
