シングルの「抱きしめたい」はアルバムCの曲風を残していましたが、「ドラマチック」からタイアップもしてましたし、随分POPになったなぁと感じました。全体的に前作よりも聞きやすくベボベらしい癖は感じられませんでした。私はあの一癖も二癖もある曲と歌詞が好きだった為、そこが少し残念に思います。しかし、「SEVENTEEN ROMANCE」はまるで映画のワンシーンを想像できるような歌詞にグッときました。
あと、ベース兼コーラスの関根さんがメインボーカルをしている「WINK SNIPER」は新しい試みだなぁと思います。新しい挑戦をするのは大変良いことだと思います。ただ曲を聞いて感じ取れるノスタルジック感がなくなってしまったのは残念です…

この『十七歳』を一言で表すとしたら私は、
“空回りする体当たり感”
が適当でないかと思います。
音は『C』の時と比べて聞きやすさが増した感じで、歌詞は『C』の時のこそばす様な感じから、もっと婉曲が無くなった感じです。
『C』は独特の音とこそばす歌詞で完結したもので、
『十七歳』は新しくなった音と直球な歌詞でまた完結したものです。
しかし、音も詞も前回に比べ変わったので、人によって『C』の方が好きな人がいるかも知れないと思います。
だから星は4つにしました。
ただ、どちらも良いアルバムであることは間違いありません。

これを聞いてると、今までの高校生活を思い出されます。私の十六歳〜十八歳の生活の一部が写真のようにこのアルバムに映されている、そんな感じです。
『十七歳』は三年間の高校生活を締めくくる“卒業アルバム”かもしれません。

良い曲はすごく良いです。
反面,気持ち悪すぎてしまった曲もあります。
ベボベは気持ち悪さがすきなのですが,ちょっと度が過ぎた感があるのが多いですね,このアルバムは。

曲の完成度は上がってきてるように思いますが
Cのほうが私はすきです。
