手ごろな電波腕時計を探していました｡
デザインのよさと値段の安さで購入しました｡
実際に実物を手にしてみて､シックな色合いのデザインのよさ､しっかりした安定感のある大きさ､腕時計としての機能に､満足しています｡ アラーム､時報､バックライト､ワールド時計､ストップウオッチなど､必要な機能は一通りそろっている｡
しいてコメントするとすれば､サイズが大きいこと(38mm×39mm)｡ しかしこのため､文字が大きく､年月日､時間､曜日等の情報がひと目で見れる｡
また､バンド長さ調整のためのピース外しに､特別な工具を必要としなかった(ピースを横にスライドさせるための先端がとがった"千枚通し"と､スライドさせたピースを引き抜くための"ペンチ"で可)｡

レトロなのに最新の技術(EL&電波時計)と必要最低限の機能が搭載された時計です。時間以外の文字は小さいので老眼には読みにくいと思いますが、必要最低限の情報を一度に表示できる配置ではフォントサイズはこの位が丁度良いのでしょう。5Barですのでシャワーやプールにも使えます。

バンド調整は苦労しました。細いマイナスドライバーとペンチでバンドを短くしましたが、指を切るかと思うほど強く押さないと外れません。できれば購入店でバンド調整をしてもらいましょう。

一つだけ気になった点はワールドタイムモードにおいて(D)ボタン(右下)を意図しないうちに押すと都市が変わってしまうのでＡボタンを３秒間押してから都市名が選択できるようにして欲しかったです。これはCASIOの他の電波時計でもいえる事です。

時刻、日付、曜日が一目で分かりやすく、海外に行っても安心なマルチバンド対応、それでいて5000円を切る値段が魅力。
同社のi-RANGEシリーズのほうが高級感があってモノも良いですが、ソーラー発電を除けば、基本機能は同等。
電波マークが誇らしげに付いてるのがアレですが、コストパフォーマンスに優れたデジタルウォッチだと思います。
なお、樹脂製バンドならさらに安く手に入りますので、お好みで。
