　初代セガラリーをゲーセンでやり込んだ者から見ると、PS2での『…2006』に続いてまたも名前だけのモドキが出た感があります。
　グラフィックや操作感はPSPの『リッジ』等と比べても決して悪くないのですが、下記の通り欠点も多く爽快感は薄いです。

・COMカーの挙動がイヤらしすぎ
　そもそも6台同時スタートというのが、少しの接触でも大きく挙動が狂うラリーにそぐわないのですが、抜いたCOMカーに後ろから自車の角にぶつけられるのには閉口しました。これ、米でパトカーが逃走車をスピンさせて停めるのに使う手です。

・新車が役に立たないことが多い
　せっかく手に入れた新車が役に立たない（タイヤの種類が固定、挙動が不安定、等）ことが多く、達成感が薄いです。

・コース毎にタイヤを選べない
　タイヤ自体は路面別に三種類用意されているのですが、なぜか最初に選んだタイヤで全レースを走ることになっていて、コースに合わせタイヤを選ぶというラリーなら当たり前なことが出来ません。

・タイヤ選択にあまり意味がない
　雪景色のコースでも、結局直線でスピードを稼げる舗装路用が一番速かったりします。上といいラリー物としては致命的な欠陥です。

　しかし、最近のSEGAってPS2の『アウトラン2』といい海外のソフトハウス頼りで、代表シリーズを自社開発できないんですね。全盛期を知っている昔からのファンとしては悲しい限りです。

おそらくセガラリーシリーズにハマったことのある人は「つまらない」といい、プレイしたことのない人は「面白い」と評価が分かれる感じかも。
私的な過去最高傑作はセガラリー2なのですが、最初それを期待して買ったら挙動もゲーム展開も全然違うので正直戸惑いました。
ところがレースを勝って行くにしたがってポイントがたまりコースや車種が増えハマーとかで走れるようになり、敵車にぶつかって回転させたりポールをボンネットの上に載せたまま走れるなど他のゲームではできそうでできないことまでできてしまいます。(^^;;
車が徐々に汚れていったり、ハンドブレーキを使ったコーナーリングなどリッジにはない楽しみ方ができます。
好みの違いはありますが、オフロードにリッジテイストが入った感じで楽しめます。（逆にグランツーリスモのようなリアルさはありません）私はこんなゲームもありだと思います。ご参考まで。。

セガラリーは初めてやりました。
正直、気持ちいいという感想です。
のめり込むと気に入らない部分も
出てくるのかもしれませんが、
ただ単純にコースを走ってテールスライドを
コントロールし、走り抜けるところに
爽快な面白さを感じます。

難点は、PS3のような振動がないので、
それに比べると物足りないこと。

あと、ランエボでもインプでも、もっと
車種をたくさん選びたかったです。
