同じエムケー製のHB１００と同等品と説明に書かれていましたが、コッチのほうが２０００円程度安かったので、コッチを買いました。
特に使用上問題なく使ってます。コネる音も間近にいないかぎりは気にならない程度と思います。ただ、製品上部の小窓は湿気ですぐに曇って中が見えなくなります。連続してパンを作るときは十分インターバルをとらないと製品内部の熱が残っているのでエラーが出ます。ヘビーユーザーの方ならエムケーのホームページでコネる羽根のスペアを購入しておくことをオススメします。
目覚まし時計がわりに焼きたてパンのいい香りっていうのもいいものですよ！

大量生産のパンは美味しくないし、毎日パン屋さんのパンを買って食べるのは経済的にキツイので、自分で作ってみることにしました。
自分で捏ねて丸めてオーブンで焼いたらとっても美味しかったのですが、それを毎日するのはとてもとても・・・。（泣）
このホームベーカリーは値段の割りに評判も上々ということで購入。
手始めに食パンを焼いてみましたが、ふっくら美味しく焼き上がって大満足。
何しろ手軽に無添加のパンを焼きたてで味わえるのが最高です。
今度は大好きなシナモンロールに挑戦するぞ〜っ!

値段が手頃で捏ね、発酵、焼きが分かれて操作でき、とても便利です。
欲を言えば後入れの食品を入れる場合は、ミックスコールのみなので
時間を考慮しなければならず自動投入ならなあ・・・と思いますが
天然酵母もジャムも作れるのだから欲を言ってはいけませんね。
