今、日本では1日に約4人の割合で、HIVウィルスが感染、もしくはエイズを発症しています。しかもその大半の人が自分が感染または、発症した事実を知らず生きています。故に感染が知らず知らずに広がっています。
1人でも多くの日本国民に、エイズ(HIVウィルス感染)について、正しい知識と理解を持ってもらうため、啓発プロジェクトが発足。プロジェクト発起人でありラジオDJの「山本シュウ」を中心に、賛同したアーティストが集まり、キャンペーンソングを作りました。原曲は、小田和正の作詞・作曲による「生まれ来る子供たちのために」。
■CD売上の収益は全額、日本エイズストップ基金に寄付されます。
