本当に長期に使用しているのだろうか?　きつつ過ぎて装着するのも大変であり、ちよっと太めの方にはお薦めできないな。

履けないというレビューを書いてる方がいらっしゃいますが、そんなことはありません。
確かに最初はどう装着すればいいのかわからず、伸縮しないので苦戦しました。
頭、肩から通そうとしてもできません。

コツは出来る限り小さくして両足から腰あたりまで引き上げ、それから胸のあたりまで伸ばすことです。
靴下を履くような感じといえばいいのでしょうか・・・
女性の方がタイツやストッキングを履く時のように小さくして履くようにするとうまく装着できるかと思います。

一度装着してしまえばズレるようなことも殆どなく、締め付けられて苦しいということもなくとても良い物と重宝しています。
これを着けて、毎朝駅まで１５分程歩くことを２週間ほどしたところお腹がひきしまった感がします。
通気性も良いので、一日装着して夜に洗い、部屋干しでも朝には乾いています。（春先まだ寒い頃には乾いていないこともありましたが）替えの２枚目がなくとも１枚でも十分使えます。

伸縮がきかないため、ウェストにフィットするサイズを頼んでも、頭から肩の部分（もしくは足から両太もも部分）でつっかえて装着することができない。説明書もないので本来のはき方ではないのかもよくわからない。残念。
