　我らがスーパーバンド中村家の Notch がサポートする中山うりちゃんのセカンドアルバム。

　うりちゃんの魅力はと言えばなんといったってその歌声。ジュディー・コンリンズのような倍音が乗って澄んで美しい高音とパトリシア・カースのようなちょっとアンニュイで影のある中低音を合わせ持つ。耳に心地よいというより耳に優しくフィットするという感じだ。

　アマゾンのインフォによれば 2006 年に発表された「笑う月」は iTunes Store JAZZ ソングチャートでいまだにベスト10入りしているそう。その「笑う月」を含めて「夜のレクエルド」「星の界」など Live Session iTunes Exclusive でリリースされた楽曲も Notch が加入したニューレコーディングで登場。

　フレンチ、ジプシー、北アフリカのなどの村の祭りのメロディーを彷彿させるエッセンスを一杯詰め込んでアコースティックでシンプルなジャッジー & ミュゼット風なサウンドと魅惑的で耳に優しくフィットするうりちゃんのヴォーカルで構成された軽やかでエキゾチックなうりちゃんワールドが Notch の加入でよりタイトにパワーアップされて華やかにそれでいてすこしだけけだるく展開される。

　だけどそのサウンドはあくまで lger に lger に。

夜のレクエルドを一番再生してますね。
ﾚﾄﾛ・ﾓﾀﾞﾝ・・・
古き良き時代のjazzに、深く体を沈めこむような作品です。
わたしは、好きです。

「笑う月」「サーカスがきた」を聞いてすぐに思い浮かんだイメージ
ムットーニのオートマタ！
是非ゼヒ中山うりさんの歌声流れるムットーニ作品を見たい・・・
そんな思いに駆られました。
