これを買ってから、ごはんデーが増えました。おいしいごはんをありがとう！
安いお米・古いお米も、そうとはわからないくらいふっくらします。
イイお米を炊いてみたりなんかした日にはもう。
「ああ、いい新米ってほんとうにおいしいんだ」と感嘆の出来具合。
これまで炊飯器の差くらいでは、米の違いがわからなかったんですが、
このダイヤモンド釜は容赦なく選手の潜在能力を引き出してくれます。
仕方なく１〜２合炊きをする時でも、少なめコースに設定だけで、問題なくおいしく炊き上がります。
それに水加減を多少誤っても、確実にふっくらするのが嬉しいサプライズ。

操作は簡単で、わかりにくいボタンがひとつもなく、洗う時も取り外しがカチッといってスマート。
通常の白米は炊飯ボタンを押してから４８分きっかり、
浸けておいたお米なら炊飯ボタンを２度押せば、２０分強で炊き上がります。
炊いているあいだはずっとオレンジの液晶でカウントダウンしてくれるので、斜めからも残り時間がわかって便利。
ちなみに湯気は、中央部から真上に向かって噴出します。

保温温度を60度から設定できるので、乾燥しすぎず、長い時間保温しても臭くならず、
米を無駄にすることなく、最後まで食べられます。
保温温度設定について、ホームページに記載していないメーカーが多すぎて大変困ります。
ナショナルは明記されていたので購入しました。
蒸しカゴも使わないと思っていましたが、野菜の調理が面倒な時に手軽に蒸してマヨネーズでも付けて食べる事が出来、
頻繁に野菜を摂るようになりました。
縁に水が溜まる事もなく、衛生的でお勧めです。

この値段で簡単に普通のご飯が食べられる。５万もする炊飯器はおいしいかもしれないが、２万円内で、保温も２４時間後に普通に食べられる。前の炊飯器は３時間後にカピカピで臭くて食べると歯にガツンと当たり、痛たたたと顔をしかめて恐い思いをしてました。それに、これは釜が軽い。洗うのが楽。前の炊飯器が厚釜仕様で、重かったため助かります。毎日の洗うのもさらっと取り外し洗えて楽です。炊飯中の吹きこぼれもなく炊飯後の蓋を開けたときの垂水もなく、ある意味売ってる限りこれが普通であって欲しい。それとも前のが酷すぎたか???。
