DVDの方が…という声もあるようですが、私はDSだったからよかったな と思います。DVDだとリビングでやらなくちゃいけないし、テレビ見てる家族と交渉しないといけない。 それってなかなか続かない。
DSなら 自分の部屋で時間をみつけて実行できるから本当に続いています!!。助かります。初心者向けなのかもしれませんが充分です。

ただ確かに、画面を見れない瞬間があるけど、仰向けやうつぶせならDVDでもテレビ画面は見づらいと思います。
DSなら見やすい位置に置き直せます。

音楽が聴けて瞑想できるリラクゼーションメニューがあったらいいなと思いますね。

どこでもヨガとどうしても比べてしまうのですが、ぱっとやった感じではヨガの方が良かったのかな、という気はします。
しかし、私のような初心者には導入編としては良いのかも知れません。
プチピラ、と言って簡単にできるプログラムもありますし。
やっぱり難点としては、寝てやると当然画面が見えないといのがあります。
ヨガよりもずっと臥位のポーズが多いので仕方ない点だとは思います。
そういった意味ではDVDでテレビを見て、と言った方がいいかもしれませんが、それを補う簡便さが、「どこでも」冥利に尽きるのかも知れません。

そもそもピラティスというもの自体が独学には向かないものだと思います。
精神面に向かうヨガと違い、インナーマッスル・コアを調整するのには
第三者の目とアドバイスは必要ですし、見た目以上に体を使うピラティスは
まちがった使い方をするとすぐ体を痛めます。

ということでヨガとちがってこれは実際スタジオ（マンツーマンからせいぜい生徒
3人までのグループレッスン）を受けたことがある人向けだと思います。これで
イチからはじめたら危険です。（このソフトだけでなくDVDでも同じことが言えますが）
呼吸法も非常に難しいですし、骨盤の向きというのを理解するにはまだDVDのほうが
いいでしょう。

普段スタジオでやっていても、ピラティスはそこそこレッスン代もしますし
毎日は通えるものではないので、自宅での補助教材として利用しました。
するとなかなかよくて、体の変化も感じてきました。今ではこちらのソフトメインに
なっています。それでもこれだけだと知らず知らずの自己流で体をおかしくてして
しまってはいけないので、スタジオの方も頻度は落としても通わないといけないかなと
思いますが。
