実話を元にしているだけあって（一応）感動作です。
105分と短いので、映画館では小さい子供さんも
退屈しないで観ていたようでした。
大人が観ても面白いことは面白いのですが、
凡庸と言えば凡庸な気も・・・。
（琉球もの出過ぎですかね？感もありつつ）
やっぱり子供さんとかイルカ好きな方の方が、
より楽しめるのかも知れません。
イルカは文句なしに可愛いです。
とりあえず気軽に観れて、感動出来る、
健全な映画だと思いました。
松山ケンイチが良かったです。

『Okinawa』という地名は、海外の常識ではアメリカの軍事基地以外の何物でもなくて、よもや米兵以外に民間人が住んでいるとは、まったく思われていないらしいですね。もしも、の話ではあるけど、アメリカと核ミサイルもしくは核爆弾を保有している国とかテログループが戦争を始めたら、まっさきに標的になるのは『Okinawa』かもしれないんだな、と思いながらこの映画を観ていると、本土の人には無駄とも思えるこの映画の、セリフのないゆったりしたシーンも、なんだか貴重な「資料」のような気もして来て、せつなくなります。民間人がいっくら頑張っても、外交がしっかりしていないと、平和なんてあっけないもの。本土にいる一有権者として、投票は心してしなきゃいかんな、とつくづく思うこの頃です。


追記：松山ケンイチ君扮する獣医が、人口尾びれの開発を進めるか止めるかどうかを、「彼女」の意思にまかせよう、と決断し、それをスタッフに堂々と提言しつらぬき通したことは、彼の「正しい」選択だったと信じています。
