期待して聞いた第１曲目のヴィオレッタは、まったくこの人に合っていない演奏でした。
特に前半のカヴァティーナ部は声が貧弱に聞こえ、曲の奥行きもない感じがする。
肝心のカヴァレッタ部も、この人には珍しく、血が通った歌唱になっていない。
現実的に「トラヴィアータ」はコロラトゥーラ・オペラではないわけで、
この人が舞台で歌う役柄ではないだろうから、歌い込んだものではないのだろう。
ジルダも少し作為的な感じが強く、全曲を通して歌っているイメージは持てない。
総じてこの人はヴェルディには向いていないかも知れない。

ドニゼッティやベルリーニはそれなりによいけれど、
フランスものを歌った時の輝きがない気がする。
ルチアにしても、フランス語歌唱があれほどよかったので、
勿論イタリア語歌唱もいいのだけれど、少しがっかり感は否めない。

海外版だとメトロポリタンでのルチア・狂乱の場のDVDがついていて、
またそれはやはりすごいので、そちらを買う方がお得かも。
有名なフルートとの掛け合いが無伴奏になっていて、
最初は驚いたものの、その方がずっと狂乱の様子が伝わってくる。
グラス・ハーモニカの助奏は珍しいが、音響的には人工的な感じがして残念だ。
この人はスタジオ録音より、こうしたライブ映像の方がはるかにいいと思う。

デセイの　イタリア関連　として　期待していた　の　ですが。
でも　すこし　外れた　みたい　が　実感　です。　来日記念としての　無理矢理企画かも　と　も。
