発売する前から良いんだろうなと思っていましたが、やはりそれ以上に良かったです。 いきなりSEVENTH HEAVENから始まりPretty girlへと繋がり、そのあとは名曲の連続です。

このアルバムには4人がそれぞれ作詞、作曲した作品が収録されているのですが、どれも個性的ですごいです。 tetsuさんの砂時計はソロの時の作品を思わせるような美しいメロディーと深い歌詞からなり、kenさんのPretty girlはノリノリ、yukihiroさんのspiralはリズムがとても心地よく、聴くほどにハマりますよ。 hydeさんのTHE BLACK ROSEはダークですがアップテンポで聴きやすく、徐々に引き込まれます。

シングル曲以外で良いものをあげるとするなら全部ですね。 その中でも特にALONE EN LA VIDA、砂時計、海辺、雪の足跡は本当に素晴らしく、心に響きます。
ぜひ歌詞にも注目して聴いてみて欲しいです。 雪の足跡は景色が頭に浮かんできますよ。
個人的に好きなものは、ALONE EN LA VIDA、THE BLACK ROSE、海辺、砂時計です。

どうしていつもこんなに良い作品が作れるんだろう。
11年前、風にきえないでをきっかけにラルクの存在を知ってから、自分の中ではやっぱりL'Arc〜en〜Cielが最高です。 きっとこれからも。

数ヵ月前にこのアルバムを買いました。Sg『MY HEART DRAWS A DREAM』を音楽番組で聞いた時にあまりの透明感に衝撃を受けて以来、L'Arc〜en〜Cielというバンドが気になって仕方なく、中古ですが(お小遣いの都合上…)手に入れました。
最初は消化しきれず、もっぱらSg曲しか聞かなかったのですが、目を瞑って"音"に耳を澄ましてみれば物凄いアルバムだと気付きました。
全曲、美しく昇華された哀愁で満たされている。気付いてからは、収録曲を聴くと半泣きになります(苦笑)

私は最近L'Arc〜en〜Cielを聴いたライトリスナーなので、このアルバムの魅力をまだ理解しきれていないかも…という自信の無さから★4にしました。

でも、飽きがこない本当に良いアルバムだと思います。買ってみたけどガッカリしたなんて、きっと無いでしょう。

今回も捨て曲が無いのは当たり前ですが。POP色が強めで誰でも聞きやすい物になっています。

しかしやはりラルクに1番相応しくない言葉は『マンネリ』だなぁと感じた。
今年シングルとして世に出た4枚に関してもそれぞれに個性がある。
16年のキャリアがありつつもここまで1曲1曲に個性がある･･･
それが今もなおラルクが不動の地位を確立している理由の1つではないだろうか？

とにもかくにもこのアルバムを聴いて改めてバンドの状態の良さを強く感じた･･･
そしてまだ世には出回っていないが曲のストックの中には『SHINE』『bye bye』といった
強力ラインナップが控えている！！！

･･･もはやこのバンド留まることを知らない！
