2ndになり、耳になじみやすい名曲がより増えました。
初聴きの方には、この１枚から入るのをおすすめします

相変わらず、音も詞も繊細で良いです。

「毎晩抵抗する無駄なセクション省こう」とか
「罵声で方向転換するような気まぐれ」とか

文章で読んだだけでは、それ程ではなくても
音感を重視して書かれているのか、
聞いているだけで、気持ちが良くなる詞が多いですね
言葉の乗せ方がうまくて、ハッとさせられます

こういう冷めた詞を、
透明声だけど今にも泣き出しそうなボーカルが歌うバンドです。ぜひ聴いてみて
７曲めの「art line」は今のところスクパニ一の名曲だと思います
この曲のＰＶも作って欲しかったな〜

完全に後追いで聴いた、このミニアルバム。もっと早く聴くべきだった、そして’０９年サマソニでのオープニングアクトを観るべきだった！と後悔せずにはいられないが、それでもSFPの音楽に出会うことができたのは、今年（2009年）最大の収穫だった。

「You may crawl」は、ロックとエレクトロを融合させた折衷主義的なサウンドで、英米の「ニューエキセントリック」勢にも通じる、現代的でクールなキラーチューンだと思う。ただ、この方法論によるサウンドはこのアルバムではメインではなく、ピアノ・キーボードを中心とした、ちょい実験的なロックサウンドと、陰影のあるメロディが絡む「うた」が中心といった感である。コード進行も洗練されていて、知的でアーティスティックな印象を受ける。

ヴォーカルの内村友美の歌声が、とても好き。内に秘めた衝動や焦燥といったものが感じられる。個人的には、初期の椎名林檎と同じくらい、ハマりそうな歌声。

７曲目「art line」は、名曲だと思う。ポップなメロディと散文詩によってつづられる前向きな気持ちが素敵。少なくとも自分にとっては、生涯の宝物にさえなるであろう曲だ。

自分が探し求めてきた理想のバンドとは、もしかしたらこんなバンドなんじゃないだろうか？久しぶりに、そう感じさせてくれる音楽だった。ぜひ、みなさんも聴いてみてください。
