限られた音数なのに非常に表情が豊かな楽曲。 繊細且つ情緒的。 1曲4〜5分だが、非常にプログレッシブな音が聴ける。 メロディーを奏でられ、リズムも刻めるピアノの特徴を上手く使ってある。 素敵なメロディーもさることながら、ピアノの低い音が気持ちいい。 toeや、natsumenが好きなら是非。

ポストロック好きは勿論、ジャズやプログレ、ポストミニマル等のファンにも広くお勧めしたい一枚。
特に一曲目「最後の晩餐」は必聴！この一曲にアルバムの魅力が凝縮されてるといっても過言ではないです。静寂なイントロの中から狂喜が湧き立ち、それが極めて冷静にロジカルに展開していく様は鳥肌ものです。
また二曲目ではロシアのジャズ技巧派ピアニスト　カプースチン(Nikolai Kapusutin)の名曲Toccatinaをカバー。クラシック色の強い原曲とは異なりだいぶヒップなアレンジになっていますが、このバンドの守備範囲の広さ、底力を感じさせる出来です。他2曲も良く、捨て曲はありません。
今後の展開がますます楽しみになりました。アルバム、期待してます。

とりこんだ作品。

良い。非常に良い。


どこが良いかと聞かれればイントロから良い。

某曲は攻撃的で狂ったピアノのメロから始まる。
ドラムとの掛け合いはたまらない。

どういうジャンルと聞かれれば、自分ではピアノロック答える。
ピアノロックがどこまでの範疇かはわからないが、インストゥルメンタルとしてのピアノロックとしてならまず間違いない。

ロック好き、パンク好き、とにかくポップから少し離れた音楽が好き。

このCDはそんなアナタのストライクゾーンを広げるかもしれない。

綺麗さのなかの悲しさの融合の中で酔いたいなら、ぜひ聞くのをオススメする。
