灼眼のシャナII OP＆EDテーマが収録となっている5thシングルです。
OPはハードなギターサウンドが印象的で今までの彼女の楽曲にはなかった感じですね。
（作詞：川田まみ / 作曲：中沢伴行/ 編曲：中沢伴行、尾崎武士）

EDの方はI'veお得意の打ち込みサウンドで川田まみの魅力を引き出すものになっていると思います。
（作詞：川田まみ / 作曲、編曲：高瀬一矢）

まだアニメのOPとEDでしか聴いていませんが2曲ともダークな感じで実にカッコいいのでお得だと思います。
フルで聴いた場合には評価の程がまた変わるかもしれませんが期待の意を込めて☆4つです。

初めて聞いたのは、「灼眼のシャナ」というアニメのＯＰ映像ででした。
川田まみさんの曲にしてはギターやドラムの音がやけにヘビーで、伴奏の時点ではギョッとしましたが、聞いてみるとすごくイイ！
伴奏はヘビーなロックという感じなのですがボーカルが入った瞬間、切ないメロディラインに早変わり。
メロディラインとしてはバラード向きな曲なんですよね。
それをあえてロックにすることで、歌詞に感情がにじみ出てきてるんです。
サビの「この手を離さないで」という部分に本当に切実な色が篭ってて、メロディだけでなく歌詞も当たりだなって思いました。

又、ありきたりではありますが、2回目のサビのあとで伴奏が少しだけ静かになって、よりＣメロが入り、その後またロック調のサビに戻るところが、好きです。
これは、いい意味でアニソンらしい曲ですね。

　無論CDは持っていないため、全部は聴けてない。でもさ、これはすごくいいわ。みなさん、ロック調とおっしゃってますが、個人的にはメタルだろって感じですね。シャナで聞いた感じでは、ツーバスありだし、何より、ギターリフがヘヴィに決まるわ、決まるわ。初めて聞いた時はクリビツテンギョウもんでしたわ。最近のメタルってよりは、ちょっと前のメタルに近いかな。ボーカルラインの流麗さはさすが。特にサビが。

　最近のI've soundはどーにも評判が悪いですが(特にハヤテ関連)、過渡期にあるのでは?　無論、変わること自体は悪くはないことではありますが、彼らには流行に惑わされることなく、華麗かつ、素晴らしい音楽を発表し続けてほしいものです。ハヤテの方向性の好きですが。話がそれましたね。

　さて、この曲、TVver.では聴けない部分はどうなのか、おそらくはギターソロがあるとは思いますが、非常に気になりますね。このリフの感じではかっこいいソロがないとしまりがないので、ちゃんとあってほしいなと。そーいや、アイキャッチの音楽もかっこいいですね。
