ダイエット食品にしてはかなり美味しいです★たっぷりの水と一緒に食べればお腹いっぱい★カロリー高くなるけどナッツを入れるとさらに美味★オススメです!

３ヶ月ほど前から継続的に食べてます。
ダイエット食品としてはかなりおいしいほうだと思いますよ〜。
牛乳と混ぜてレンジでチンすればいいだけだから簡単だし、
チンしてすぐ食べればあつあつでおいしい！
水分と一緒にとればおなかがふくれるし、腹持ちも良いです。
私はショコラ味が一番好きかな？
ちなみに運動も並行して続けたところ、約３ヶ月で10kg近く落ちました。
これからも続けようと思います。

ダイエットしようと思い、運動が苦手なのでダイエット食品に手を出してみたんですが…。

案外これお腹にたまります！もっと物足りないかと思ってたんですが、たっぷりの水とゆっくり食べれば満腹に！ただその後お腹がすくのは心なしか早いような…。まあ仕方ないか；仕事の前とかに食べれば忙しくて空腹も気にならないし笑。
ちなみに味は不味くはない！まあちょっと味うすいかなーて感じだけど、それがまた満腹につながる気がする！私はメープル味が好きかな。

しばらくこれで頑張ろう☆
