オメガ-３を飲むといいとなにかで聞いて、購入しました。
開けてびっくり！
粒が大きい!
私は難なく飲めましたが、主人がちょっとつらそうにしていました。
なので星4つです。
少しすれば慣れると思いますが、
粒が大きいのを覚悟して買ったほうがよさそうです。

飲み始めてまだ1ヶ月くらいしかたっていないので
効果はどうなんだろう。。
