ソニーの４ＧＢ　ＭＰ３プレーヤーと併用するために購入しました。
画像や動画が見れる容量が大きいものがたくさんありますが、
通勤中にポッドキャストのニュースやちょっとした語学勉強用に、
毎日内容を更新してその時必要な音だけ持ち歩きたい私としては、
このiPod shuffleが必要最小限の機能しかついてないので、ちょうど良いです。
会社の人から「今時動画見れないんじゃ、意味ないよね」と言われたのですが、
通勤時に動画を見る必要がない私には、逆にそういう機能は邪魔でしかありません。
情報があふれる時代だからこそ、自分に必要なものと不必要なものを判断して選択することも必要だと思います。
なので、使用目的を考えて購入すれば、これはかなり使いやすい商品だと思います。
そして何より、コンパクトでクリップ付きなのでイヤホンの煩わしさも解消してくれます。

今後、1GBが5800円、2GBが7800円と大幅に安くなって発売されます。
今買うと、1GBで9800円。


今買う人は完璧に大損します。。。


自分は2ヵ月前ぐらいに買ったので、あまりのタイミング悪さにショックを受けました。
なので、これから買おうと考えている人は、大幅値下げを待ってからの購入をオススメします。


また、本来のレビューであるシャッフルについてですが、
ディスプレイがないので、好きな曲を選んで聞きたいという人にはオススメできません。
ボタン切り替え一つで、アップデートした順に再生もできますが、
元の曲順（何でソートしたか）を覚えてないと聴きたい曲を探すのにストレスを感じるかも知れません。

手軽に、そしてピンポイントでの曲選びをしにくくても気にしない、という方にはピッタリだと思います。
あと、ディスプレイがない分、傷などもあまり気にせずに気楽に使えます。
（値下げした後ならなおさらですね）

また、長方形の旧バージョンに比べ、クリップになっているのが思っていたよりも使い勝手が良くしています。



因みに、赤いものは「(PRODUCT) RED Special Edition」といい、
売り上げの一部が「世界エイズ・結核・マラリア対策基金」に寄付されるものです。

アップルストアのみで発売されている限定品です。
