良い所

静かなので深夜でも使えます。
自分で負荷を調整できるのは良いかと。
ドリンクを置けるようになっている。

悪い所

結構場所を取ります。　小さくして収納したり出来ないです。（収納したら最後、二度と使用しない気もしますが。。。）
本を読みながら出来るように支えがあるのですが、非常に安っぽい作りで重い本は絶対に無理。

結論

他の類似商品を使用した事は全く無いので比較は出来ませんが、値段相応な作りだと思います。　体力さえ続けばいくらでも運動できます。
すごい汗をかけますが、買う前に知人に散々言われた通り、だんだん使用しなくなってきました。　ここら辺は購入者の意思の問題なのでしょうが。

初めてのエアロバイクです。
心配していた騒音も無く、快適に使っています。
週に1〜2回のペースで30分ほど漕いでいます。
期待していた心拍計測ですが、精度がイマイチです。心拍数を設定しても、巧く検知してもらえず、どんどん負荷が増してきます。
そのため、自分で負荷をコントロールしています。
これだと、もっと低廉なモデルでよかったのではないかと思っています。
造りはしっかりしており、ガタツキ等はありません。
概ね満足しています。

3週間前に購入しました。現在は30分間を週5回、無理なく続けています。年中使えますが、特に天候の悪い日や寒い時期には買って良かったなと思います。
スポーツジムの印象とは違い、この家庭用エアロバイクは驚く位に静か！負荷やコースなどの選択や消費カロリーや体脂肪なども表示されるのでモチベーションも高まります。
ただ、本を置ける場所がすぐに落ちてしまい使えないので落ちない様にとめ具も作って欲しかったです。テレビや音楽があれば十分かとは思いますけどね♪
周囲には初めだけと言う人もいますがやる気次第だと思いますよ。
ノートなどに記録したり、ダイエット中にはサウナスーツを着用して行うと面白い位に汗が出てきますのでおすすめです★
