若本さんの多芸さが光る一品です。
これは良い腹筋ブートキャンプ。
ただし本気で眠れません。数えられているだけでも最初面白いのですが、飽きてきたころにあの手この手で笑わせてくれるので、腹筋が休む暇もありません。
決して羊をあの独特の口調で数えてくれるだけではなく、いろいろネタが仕込まれていますのでネタとしておすすめの一品です。
萌えはありません(笑)

怪談のようでお経のようなリズムかと思ったら
悪の帝王の口調で黒羊が夢の外に放り出してくれます。

ある意味、爆笑して眠れません。
お腹痛いです（笑

若本規夫さん・・・役者です。

こんな恐くて抜けた羊、１匹欲しいです。

ダイジェスト盤を聞いただけで、コレはもう、若本さんとこのCDのコンセプトを考えた人の勝利だと確信。
今までのシリーズと同じく羊は数えていただけるようですが、その数え方が今までのどのシリーズともまったく違う！
他のすべてのシリーズは一定のリズムで穏やかに羊を数えてくれる、という、私にとっての安眠CDですが、このCDだけは絶対に眠れない。
「俺は眠くなーい」のタイトルどおり、聞いている人を眠らせる気はなさそうです（笑）
