Ultimate Tae Boは89分と長いです！Amplifierは使わずに、ひたすら有酸素運動で、さすがに疲れてきますが、1時間くらいで休憩できるようになっています。
それにちょうど疲れた頃にビリーがノリノリになって笑わせてくれるので、そのまま勢いで最後までいけますよ。
おまけのTurbo Charged Fat Burnerは30分以下と短いので、時間のない時にぴったりです。

購入したばかりなので体験後の感想を書けず、参考にならないと思いますが、
開けてみてディスクのリージョンが「ALL」となっていたことに正直、
まずホッとしました･･･。
リージョンフリーのものでも、こちらではリージョン1と書かれているので
ビリーの最近の発売の商品を参考にこちらを購入したのですが･･･。

先日Tae Bo Ampedを、他の方のレビューの「リージョンフリーだった」という
言葉を参考にして購入したのですが、届いたものはリージョン1でショックを
受けたことがありました。
その後、ロットで使用変更になった？とか書かれていたのでなんだかどれも
心配ですが、自分のところに届いた商品はちゃんとリージョンフリーでした。

しかし、輸入DVDにはよくあることなのでしょうか？
ディスクは「ALL」と書かれているのに外箱にはリージョン1と書かれていました。
これでは誰もがリージョン1の商品と思うのでは？
なので初めに開封するときは本当に開けていいものなのか迷いました･･･。
内容のレビューでなくて本当に申し訳ありません。
ですが、ディスク1枚に長短2つのワークアウトが入っていてとてもお得な1枚だと思います。

ビリーをある程度こなしてきたものの、これは驚き！過酷さをさらに増したいと思いこれに挑戦してみました。これは自分の罰の為に買ったようなものです〜昼食に焼肉を食べた後今日は沢山食べたので消化しなければと思いこれに挑戦〜疲れ果ててやめようと思った４５分位後に、ビリーが笑わしてくれるのでなんなくやり遂げました。自分との勝負するのにいいですね。有酸素運動がほとんどなので、この後は少しストレッチをした方がよいかもしれません。おかげで夜不眠症もこれで解消できましたね。普段はFavorite Movesと筋トレとストレッチをしてます。このDVDは食べ過ぎたときにします。
ありがとうビリー大好きだよ〜これからはギャクが多いDVDに期待してます。
