同社のミッションパックと一緒に使っています。
パッドの厚み、滑り止め等、とても良い具合で使用しています。
ストラップの幅もちょうど良く、バッグ本体と接続するバックルも使いやすく良いです。
しかし、ひとつだけ問題がありました。長さ調節がちょっと苦手のようです。
短くしたいと思って最短状態にしていたのに、いつの間にか最長状態になっていたなんてことがありました。ミッションパックにいっぱい詰め込んでいたからかもしれませんけど。
そんなこと以外はとても良いので、お勧めのストラップです。

ともにグレゴリー製の、1〜2泊にはトラベルミッションパック(25L)、3泊以上にはサバティカル(40L)を使用しています。

25L以上のバッグ＋荷物だとある程度の重量物になるのでＳサイズのストラップでは華奢すぎると思います。
荷物とのバランス、使いやすさを考えるとＭサイズがちょうど良いです。

ショルダーパッドはソフトで広く、実際見た感じ大きく、肩に負荷がかかりにくくなっています。
形は肩の曲面に沿うように少しだけカーブした造りになっており、表面に施された滑り止め加工と併せて肩への引っかかりも良好です。

トラベルミッションパック、サバティカルともに、背負えるようにショルダーハーネスが収納されてはいますが、使用後の収納が面倒なので余程のことが無いと使うことは無いと思います。
ストラップは持っていた方が良いです。

僕自身は身長170ｃｍ弱ですが、Ｍサイズを快適に使っています。
実際に使って見て、身長180ｃｍ以下ならLサイズは不要かなという気がします。
グレゴリー取扱店のスタッフに聞いてもＬサイズを買う人はまれだと言っていました。
