内容紹介
前作 "CURRENT" が、インディーの新人にもかかわらず外資系レコード店を中心にスマッシュヒット。その後メンバーチェンジを経て、5人編成として完全に生まれ変り、RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL, RUSH BALL 06 "AT TENT" に出演。07年に入りリリースした7inchは、メンバー手刷りジャケットということも話題となり1,000枚が即完売。そのリリースツアーは、全国24箇所を駆け巡り、ライブバンドとしての評価を確立させた。自主企画もSHELTERとMILKの2箇所で不定期に開催しており、全てソールドアウト。6月からは、同世代のala, asphalt frustration, Fed MUSIC, heでFIVE ON THE MOVE TOURを敢行。FINAL UNITを含む数箇所をソールドアウトにするなど、このシーンの中心バンドとして精力的に活動している。 今作は、THE WHO, JAM, THE CLASHなどが絶大なる影響を持ち今、世界で最も勢いのあるヨーロッパ・ロック・シーン(The Go! Team, LARRIKIN LOVE, Good Shoes など)のサウンドをリアルタイムにブレンドし、それが前作にはなかった色合いで、独自性に磨きをかけている。ライブさながらのストレートな体感音楽は、より攻撃的なサウンドに。そして、低予算のインディーシーンではまずありえないストリングスをもフィーチャーし、70's音楽を21世紀版にアレンジするなど、ダンスロックと言われる多数のバンドとは一線を画する内容です。もうダンスロックとは呼ばせません。 作品としてのこだわりも格別で、楽曲タイトルにはすべて邦題がついており、始まりから終わりまでを1つの物語としてアルバムにしています。初回盤はすべてメンバー自らが手刷りで作成。1つ1つが手製のオリジナル作品です。ネットダウンロードにより曲単位で購入されるこの時代に、敢えてパッケージの重要性を問いかけます。
