基本トレーニングは、ストレッチからスクワット、腕立て、腹筋など結構きつい内容。最初はバンドは無しがいいと思います。でもリズムに乗ってパンチやキックはとても楽しいです。
最新版のエリートでは、ストレッチや筋トレ部分が少なくなり、どちらかといえば有酸素運動系といった感じです。
初心者は、エリートから始めるのもいいかもしれません。

あんまり、頑張りすぎると　筋肉痛になってしまうくらいです。
１週間でかなり効果も現れてくるし、まんざらでもないです。
ただ、手本道理するとかなりしんどい。　

ビデオでも無理せず出来る範囲で良いんだとビリーは言っていますが、
約１時間を持続するって個人の基礎体力にもよるから、個人差で止めるのも手だと思った。
普段使っていない筋肉を使うので筋肉痛になりやすいです、気をつけましょう。

でも、効果は見えてくるので、ダイエットのきっかけにするのに良いんじゃないかな。
とても健康的で体を活性化させるし。
