今井美樹の「ルパン三世 愛のテーマ」が目当てで購入したのですが、
聴いてみたらDOUBLEと加藤ミリヤとカヒミ・カリィの歌がサイコーでした。
とってもオススメです。ルパン三世関係のカヴァーアルバムでは
もっともよい部類に入るのではないでしょうか。

カヒミ・カリィはフランス語で歌っているのですが、
とても心地のよいグルーヴで、車の中でよく聴いています。
DOUBLEと加藤ミリヤの歌はいままであまり聴いたことがなかったのですが、
素晴らしいアレンジも手伝ってとても上質の作品に仕上がっていると思います。
何度も聴きたくなる曲が多いです。
素晴らしいオリジナルと素晴らしい歌手達の最高のコラボレーション。
この手のアルバムがもっと作られることを望みます。

私は長年ルパンファンをやっている。大野先生のファンでもある。
数ある名曲のうちでも私の中で最高の名曲は「愛のテーマ」のインストルメンタル版。
一番最初の「愛のテーマ」だ。
今井美樹の声は好きだ。
でもルパン三世愛のテーマは、エロく、そして憂鬱でなければならない。
彼女の声質ではそれは表現できない。

夏に放映されたルパンの特番テレビで使われていた曲がどうしても気になり、
このCDに収録されているということで聴いてみたところ、個人的には近頃
めったにないことに、連続して何度も集中して聴いてしまいました。
ルパン関係のCDは数多くでているなとは思ってましたが、このCDをきいて
それも深く深く納得です。

今井美樹が歌うそのテーマの素晴らしさもさることながら、どこかで耳にした
ことのあるメロディー、楽曲の挟間に漂うオンリーワンの世界観、おそらく
峰不二子がモデルであろう楽曲の主役たちが醸すむせび泣くような情感、
どこをどうとっても出色の極みのような作品になっています。

今井美樹の「ルパン三世 愛のテーマ」は他の曲より際立っていますが、
それを際立たせているのはDOUBLEの歌う３曲とみました。彼女には、
何か尋常ではない才気を感じます。

作品全体として、隙がないわけではないですが、アンジャラ・アキに演らせて
彼女の真価を問いたいとか、Small Circle of Friends の演り口を見たいとか、
そういった妄想をいだいてしまいます。ともあれ、そういう想像を刺激するの
もきっとこの作品が傾聴に値する証なのでしょう。
